Q) We would like to have a plumbed in cooler installed in our reception but we don't have a water supply. Can we still do this?
A) This is normally not a problem as long as there is a water supply close by. PLease contact us to arrange a free site inspection.
Q) How much does it cost to have a plumbed in cooler installed?
A) Usually nothing. As long as the water supply is not really far away from the proposed site of the cooler, all installation costs are covered by Call a Cooler with most standard rental agreements.
Q) How often does a filter need changed? And when will I know when to change it?
A) Depending on the type of cooler you are using, filters last from 3 months to 1 year. All rental customers are automatically placed on the servicing schedule which means that you don't need to worry about remembering to call for a filter change. One of the Clean a Cooler team will visit your business when the service is due to carry out this included service.
Q) The drip tray on the cooler is getting full-What should we do?
A) The drip trays come off easily and can be emptied down a drain or sink.
Q) Can I order cups?
A) Yes we supply cups which can be ordered through the website or via telephone. Most service technicians also carry a supply of cups should you wish to purchase directly when your unit is being serviced.
Q) What happens if my cooler stops working or I have a problem with my filter in between scheduled services?
A) Call outs for genuine problems are included in the rental price However if we are called out to an unscheduled service due to a reason where there is no fault to rectify on our part we have a call out fee of $60.00 plus GST.
